Dear participants!

In order to ensure a smooth pick-up or return of your instruments and bows, please note the following information:

Self-collection:

Following the official closing ceremony and award ceremony on Saturday, 05.11.2022, a ranking list will be published on our website www.geigenbauwettbewerb-mittenwald.de. Here you will find out which instruments and bows will be exhibited in the Mittenwald violin making museum due to their good ranking.

All instruments and bows that unfortunately did not make it into the exhibition can then be picked up at the following times at Spedition Neuner, Tiefkarstr. 14, 82481 Mittenwald:

Tuesday, 08.11.2022 to Friday, 11.11.2022, in each case 09.00 – 12.00 o’clock and 13.00 – 16.00 o’clock as well as.

Sunday, 13.11.2022 from 10.00 – 12.00 hrs.

All instruments and bows on display at the Violin Museum until 12.11.2022 can only be picked up on Sunday, 13.11.2022, between 10.00 am and 12.00 pm at Spedition Neuner, Tiefkarstr. 14, 82481 Mittenwald.

In any case, you will need the pick-up slip for a pick-up, which was given to you by the forwarding agency when you personally handed in your instruments and bows.

Return shipment:

Instruments and bows sent by mail will be shipped by our contracted freight forwarder Neuner starting Monday, Nov. 14, 2022.
